You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. All transactions are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account-related information, though as SylvaRue does not operate a user center, no registration or login is required to browse or purchase. All communications regarding your order will be directed to the email address you provide during checkout.

2. Limitation of Liability

SylvaRue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our products, except as required by applicable law. Products are sold "as is," and we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or sizes displayed on our site are completely accurate due to variations in screen settings and manufacturing processes.

All content on the SylvaRue website—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software—is the exclusive property of SylvaRue or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The SylvaRue name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of SylvaRue. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of our intellectual property rights will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SylvaRue. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only; original shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
